Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in relevant market segments
  • Build relationships with prospects and manage the end-to-end sales process
  • Understand client business needs and propose tailored ERP solutions
  • Conduct product presentations and system demos to potential clients
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams (product,
  • implementation, support)
  • Manage existing client accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and explore
  • upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Prepare regular reports on sales progress and client pipeline
  • Provide insights into market trends, competitors, and customer needs to the
  • product and strategy teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, IT, or related fields
  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management,
  • specifically for ERP products
  • Solid understanding of core business processes (finance, HR, procurement,
  • inventory, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and target-oriented mindset
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional
  • teams
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong plus
